PROMOTION The PUBLISHER promises to promote to the best of the PUBLISHERs ability through use of the PUBLISHERs web site, through the distribution of review copies to prominent reviewers, through travel to industry conventions, and through selected print and/or Internet advertisements. 5. GOVERNING LAW. This AGREEMENT is subject to and in accordance with the laws of the state of IA in all respects.
